This nationwide study of the health status of elderly Poles, their socioeconomic situation and quality of life, carried out as part of the National Health Program, the main implementing party of the project was the Medical University of Gdańsk (GUMed).

Digitization of the questionnaire, divided into 3 separate in a very short time of 2 weeks

Actions

Modelling, in a very short time (about a week – 7 days) extensive questionnaires (the duration of the study of one respondent using a single questionnaire is about 3h)
Adaptation of the tool for clear and ergonomic handling of the study for 6,000 selected patients
